1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to CV33. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and CV33 Casino ("CV33", "we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing the CV33 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

Important Notice

2. Eligibility

To register and play at CV33, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age. CV33 does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
  • You must be accessing CV33 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for individual players.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a CV33 employee or contractor.
  • You must not have been previously excluded or banned from CV33 under any prior account.
  • You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

CV33 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned minus any amounts already wagered.

Age Verification

CV33 takes underage gambling seriously. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be permanently closed without exception. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling platforms.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one CV33 account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. CV33 uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts if duplicates are identified.

When registering at CV33, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

  • Your CV33 username must not impersonate another person or contain offensive language.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your CV33 account.
  • CV33 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary.
  • Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as outlined in the payments section.

CV33 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

CV33 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). CV33 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your CV33 account promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. CV33 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times. The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the CV33 deposit page and may be updated from time to time.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the CV33 payments team. Standard processing time is within 24 hours of the request being submitted, subject to identity verification requirements being met. CV33 will only process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the support team.

  • Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification documents have not been submitted or approved.
  • CV33 reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts.
  • Funds deposited at CV33 may not be transferred to another player's account.
  • CV33 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The account holder must be the owner of the payment method used.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General bonus rules that apply to all CV33 promotions unless otherwise stated:

  • Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.
  • The standard wagering requirement at CV33 is stated on each individual promotion page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus.
  • Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
  • CV33 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
  • Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with other bonuses unless explicitly stated.
  • Any attempt to exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated betting patterns, or hedging bets — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account closure.

CV33 monitors bonus usage patterns and reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if abuse is detected. Players who are unsure whether a particular betting strategy is permitted should contact CV33 support before proceeding.

6. Fair Play

CV33 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. All games available on the CV33 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently audited to ensure that results are genuinely random and that the published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate.

CV33 prohibits the following activities, which are considered violations of fair play standards:

  • Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to place bets or interact with CV33 games.
  • Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error in CV33's platform to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer games.
  • Using any form of artificial intelligence or machine learning tool to gain an advantage over other players or the house.

CV33 reserves the right to void bets, cancel winnings, and close accounts where fair play violations are detected. Decisions made by CV33 regarding fair play violations are final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the fair play rules above, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on the CV33 platform:

  • Using CV33 for any money laundering activity or any activity that violates applicable financial regulations.
  • Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials.
  • Threatening, harassing, or abusing CV33 staff or other players through any communication channel.
  • Attempting to access another player's CV33 account without authorisation.
  • Posting or transmitting any content that is defamatory, offensive, or illegal through CV33's communication tools.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with CV33's software or infrastructure.
Zero Tolerance Policy

CV33 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, money laundering, and harassment. Accounts found to be engaged in any of the above prohibited activities will be permanently closed and relevant information may be reported to appropriate authorities.

8. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your CV33 account credentials, including your username and password. CV33 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication claiming to be from CV33 and requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to CV33 support immediately.

To keep your CV33 account secure, we recommend the following:

11. Account Termination

You may close your CV33 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements being met. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

CV33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
  • Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
  • Detection of duplicate accounts.
  • Fair play violations as described in Section 6.
  • Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.

Where an account is closed by CV33 due to a breach of these Terms, CV33 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, CV33 may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable policies.

12. Limitation of Liability

CV33 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While CV33 makes every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, CV33 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CV33's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

  • CV33 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
  • CV33 is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
  • CV33 is not liable for delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.

13. Changes to Terms

CV33 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
